Shortcodes
You will find the examples of the Shortcodes at our preview site here > Features > Shortcodes. Please, watch the screen cast as well.
You may show/hide Kitchen Sink by clicking Alt + Shift + Z or press this button in the visual editor:
And the following buttons will appear:
For your convenience all the shortcodes were grouped and have dropdowns. It will save your time and is more graphically.
And you will find same shortcodes right in the HTML menu!
Click once – and you’ll open the tag, second click will close it down. If you have added many shortcodes you may use this button to close all the tags:
Use Fullscreen to make editing more pleasant.
You will get all the shortcodes without dropdowns in the visual editor:
Tooltips
To add a tooltip to the image, please, follow to Advanced settings and type in the CSS class: link_tooltip
See the screenshot.
To add a tooltip to the button just click this shortcode.
And tick “Show tooltip on button mouseover“.
Lightboxes
To add lightbox to the image go to Advanced Link Settings/Link Rel and type there “prettyPhoto”. To use lightbox for buttons just click buttons shortcode and tick “Open link in a lightbox”
Post Type shortcode
This shortcode allows you to place a number of posts or projects to the content area
They can be selected by type: latest, popular or exact category items.
That’s how Post Type shortcode shows 4 latest projects (including post images and post content):
Content slider shortcode
This shortcode is somewhat similar to Gallery Post Format and allows you to add sliding images to your content area. You’ll find it here:
You’ll get this window opened.
If you’ll choose “Select slider images”, the image list will appear:
When you’ll click on images, they will appear in a list of images chosen below the image list area:
To cancel image activation you may click on it in this list.
And finally, please, fill all the fields: set animation effects, time and slides quantity, controls, etc.
“Use fixed height” function allows you to set the slider height.
